CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This document is an electronic record published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 as amended from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.


This cancellation and refund policy read together with the Terms of Use(hyperlink) and the Privacy Policy(hyperlink) constitute a legally binding agreement (this “Agreement”) between NextOnMap Travel Private Limited, a private limited company duly incorporated in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (herein referred to as “NextOnMap”, “Company”, “Our”, “We”, “Us”) and the end user (“You”, “User”, “Your”) with respect to Your use of Our Platform and Services. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.


CANCELLATION


We follow a transparent cancellation policy for Our Users. In case You wish to cancel the use of Services available on Our Platform, You must:


For cancellation of hotel booking: In case You have already paid an amount (as advance) for a hotel via the Platform, the said amount can be claimed/withdrawn in accordance with the cancellation policy of the respective hotel.


For cancellation of itinerary: If a User has booked a complete trip via Us, then the Company holds no responsibility and liability for cancellation of such Services. The cancellation of each sub-service booked i.e., flight/train/taxi shall be in accordance with the specific cancellation policy of such flight/train/taxi operators. Similarly, the cancellation of hotel shall be in accordance with the cancellation policy of the respective hotel.


REFUND


The Company holds no responsibility/liability for any refunds unless the Services are defective, and the Cancellation is accepted by the third-party hotel/flight operator/train operator/taxi service provider. The amount of refund shall be only credited back to User’s account once it has been received by the Company, and after deduction of a certain amount from such refund amount as received by the Company.


The refund amount shall be refunded through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India. Refunds may be supported for selected banks. Where a bank is not supported for processing refunds, You will be required to share alternate bank account details with Us for processing the refund


Please further note that You shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and We and/or any third-party payment gateway used by Us shall not be responsible in case wrong information has been provided to by You.
