Walden Living offers more than just a place to stay – it’s an experience. Immerse yourself in farm-to-table organic food, interact with local farmers and artisans, and witness stunning sunsets and sunrises.
The property showcases different crops, plants, and fruits that flourish throughout the year, providing an immersive experience of organic farming. You’ll come across a variety of flora and fauna during your stay and even enjoy bird watching, with different species of birds visiting our property at different times of the day.
There is a range of activities that you can participate in here at Walden. From giving a hand to those toiling on the farms to finding a solitary nook with your favorite book. Go hiking amidst the forest trails or find shapes in the clouded skies while laying around on the hammock or just dig your toes into the soft, wet soil and smear your hands with the brown of the land. The rewilding activities have also invited a wide variety of birds like peacocks, wild hens, kingfishers, Himalayan griffin, and wild animals like porcupines, wild hare, Sambar deer, barking deer, and wild bores (occasionally a leopard!)

Occupancy: Standard occupancy in each room is 2-3 persons. For extra person, mattress can be provided at additional price.
Parking: The property has ample amount of parking space. However, driver accommodation is chargeable. is 300 meters away from main road.
Food: The food at Walden is extra special because of the love, care, and nourishment that goes into it starting from the stage of growing the ingredients on our farm. All the produce is pesticide-free and grown organically. Each dish on our menu is added keeping in mind the seasonal produce so that you only get to taste the freshest food, prepared from scratch for you. When setting up the menu at Walden, the vision was clear – freshly prepared local and global cuisines using organic ingredients that are from our farm! Standard/Fixed menu meals are served (which can always be discussed and altered according to the guest’s food preferences).
